I originally got this recipe idea from the Planned recipe book by Lillie Eats and Tells, I will link it below. Years ago I felt like I had to follow recipes EXACTLY or I would mess something up. However, with more cooking under my belt I don't hesitate at all to change out ingredients to make it fit mine or my families needs! For this particular recipe, I got rid of the arugula, cheese, and red pepper she suggested and added more sausage. Check out my version of the recipe below and make it work for you! When I log this in MFP it comes out to 271 calories (9f/27c/25p) If you want/need exact macros, you should create a recipe in MFP using your exact ingredients and measurements!

Ingredients:
2 mini pitas (I grab them at Publix https://amzn.to/3XQ9WgL)
1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup liquid egg whites
jimmy dean turkey sausage link diced
chopped tomato (I just use what we have, usually grape/cherry tomatoes)
18g green goddess dressing from Trader Joes

Instructions:
Dice tomatoes & sausage and throw in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook 2-3 minutes then add liquid egg whites and season with salt/pepper and/or everything bagel season. Egg whites will cook fast, as soon as they start forming, mix with tomatoes and sausage.

Put 1/2 tablespoon of your favorite greek yogurt on each pita. I use the plain fat free Publix brand. Split egg/tomato/sausage mixture between the two pitas along with dressing on top and any other toppings you want.
