What does Instagram and Facebook management include?
Growth and Signature include content planning, captions, creative preparation or editing, scheduling, publishing, and performance review across both accounts. Unless we agree otherwise, one piece of content is adapted and published to both platforms and counts as one package deliverable. It does not mean separate original content for each platform or around-the-clock monitoring.
Do you post the content for me?
Growth and Signature include scheduling and publishing. Consistent Content provides completed posts, captions, Story sets, and a suggested posting schedule for your team to publish. Account monitoring, engagement, scheduling, and publishing are not included in Consistent Content.
Who provides the photos and videos?
Consistent Content uses current, usable photos and video provided by the client. Growth includes one 60-minute content session per month, and Signature includes one 90-minute content session per month. Sessions are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Reels may use footage captured during the session and/or usable footage supplied by the client. Every client is responsible for sharing accurate dates, offers, updates, and other business information in time for content planning.
What counts as a post, Reel, or story set?
A feed post is one unique piece of content published to the feed, even when it is shared to both Instagram and Facebook. A Reel is a short-form video and counts toward the package's feed-post total. A story set includes up to three to five connected Story frames posted about one topic within the same 24-hour period. For example, a behind-the-scenes clip, a photo with context, a customer poll, and a final call to action would count together as one story set.
What is a content session?
A content session is scheduled time at your business to capture casual, social-first photos and short video clips for upcoming posts, Reels, and Stories. For example, we might capture your team at work, products or services, behind-the-scenes moments, short talking clips, and general video footage. Sessions are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. They are not professional photography sessions, full commercial productions, event appearances, or extensive staging.
Do you require a minimum commitment?
All social media management packages begin with a three-month commitment and continue month to month after that. This gives us time to learn your business, establish a consistent content rhythm, and make informed decisions based on performance.
How does content approval work?
You receive planned content for review before it is published. Feedback should be returned as one consolidated list within three business days so the schedule can stay on track.
What counts as a revision round?
One consolidated list of reasonable changes to a monthly content batch. New concepts, reshoots, complete re-edits, and repeated changes after approval are quoted separately.
Do you respond to comments and direct messages?
Growth and Signature include the limited weekday engagement described in each package. Routine engagement does not include customer-service disputes, sales conversations, emergencies, or sensitive messages. Those remain with the client unless separately agreed.
Do you attend events?
Event attendance is not included in monthly packages. It may be quoted separately, must be scheduled in advance, and is always subject to availability.
Are results guaranteed?
No responsible social manager can guarantee a specific follower, lead, or sales result. I use consistent strategy, original content, and performance data to make thoughtful decisions and improve over time.
